Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with BossBarbieKollectioms! Below are the details of our shipping policy to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- Please know all ON HAND orders can be shipped same day long as it’s before 3pm.
- All preorder items need 2-4 business days of shipping. Please note on some preorder items it can take 6 business days because of some of the tariffs going on. So please order ahead time for certain wigs. Most wigs will arrive in 2-4 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $15 or Free for orders over $300.
- Overnight Shipping: $50.
- We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and selected shipping speed.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to all U.S. states.
- International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping times and costs vary by location.
Delays & Disruptions
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information.
- If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first with your tracking number.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.”
- If this happens, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us at [your email].
Wrong Address Disclaimer
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
