Return & Refund Policy


At BossBarbieKollections, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality hair products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.



Returns



Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened hair products (including wigs, bundles, and extensions).


To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 business days of approval.




Refunds



Refunds are only issued for:


  • Items returned in original, unused condition.
  • Orders canceled before shipment.
  • Products that are defective or incorrect (must provide photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery).



Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.



Non-Refundable Items



  • Used or opened hair products
  • Custom wigs or special orders
  • Sale items or clearance products
  • Shipping costs




Exchanges



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at Bbkollections25@gmail.com with your order number and photos for review.
